Buffalo Wings~Truly Crispy


If you love perfectly seasoned crispy buffalo wings, tossed in a classic spicy, buttery Buffalo Sauce with a tinge of sweetness, this is The One! unbelievably easy to make! I always love to make these spicy bites in my kitchen because I love the crispyness of these wings more over these are perfect for any party or gathering.

The sweet and tangy flavor of sauce gives the delicious taste to these wings and this recipe is more worthy to try at your home rather to go out and buy very costly. So let's start with the ingrediens:

Ingredients:

2.5 kg Chicken wings with skin

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoon all purpose flour

1 tablespoon corn starch

1 tablespoon rice flour

Oil for frying

For Hot Sauce:

4 tablespoon butter

4 tablespoon ketchup

3-4 tablespoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon red chili flakes

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Sesame seeds for sprinkle

Directions:

1. For the buffalo wings I took 2.5 kg chicken wings with skin, it's because of the skin that your wings will be crispy and the inner will be juicy and not dried at all.

2. The chicken must be at room temperature so when you will fry these in hot oil, the temperature will be even thoughout the wings and the wings will be more crisp.

3. Absorb all the excessive water of wings with paper towel.

4. Now add in 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 tablespoon all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon corn starch and 1 tablespoon rice flour in the bowl and mix well with the chicken wings.

5. Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). you can check the temerature with thermometer, deep fry chicken wings in oil until light brown about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet or deep fryer and drain on paper towels.

6.Reheat again the oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). When the temerature of wings drops down then again re fry those wings in the hot oil till golden brown about more 5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet or deep fryer and drain on paper towels.

7. You have to fry the wings two times and it will gives the extra crispyness to wings.

8. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the 4 tablespoon butter, 4 tablespoon ketchup, 3-4 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon red chili flakes, 1/2 tablespoon salt and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Add fried chicken wings to sauce and stir over low heat to coat.

9. Serve immediately.
