Beef Mince Balls Shashlik

This beef mince Meatballs shashlik is very easy to make, versatile and a great all-round crowd-pleaser. Here, we show you how to make this recipe. They’re perfect with homemade tomato sauce, served with spaghetti, rice, mashed potatoes. They’re easy to freeze, too. Meatballs are at their best when you use meat such as beef to really maximise the flavour and texture. A little tip to make your life much easier; wet your hands before you start rolling your meatballs to stop the meat sticking to them.

Ingredients:
Cooking oil 3-4 tbsp
Onion, finely chopped small or 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp
Freshly minced beef 400 gram
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
Freshly cut into cubes vegetables, such as capsicum, Tomatoes, Onion
Egg, beaten use half or one accordingly
Freshly ground black pepper ½ tsp
Salt according to taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp
Ketch up 3-4 tbsp

Directions:
In a bowl, mix the minced beef with the ginger garlic paste, red chilli flakes.
Add corn flour, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg into blender or food processor and chop them into fine smooth paste.
Mix all the ingredients with mince. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture into approximately 12 round balls. Cover the meatballs and refrigerate until required.
Prepare the skewers with mince balls and vegetables cubes.
Heat a frying pan and cook the meatballs skewers for about 10 minutes in about three tablespoons of oil.
When they are cooked, put them into a dish with the ketch up and serve with rice or spaghettis.
