Scrumptious Chocolate Cupcakes


These Moist and Soft Chocolate Cupcakes are completely homemade and full of chocolate flavor! The cupcake melts in your mouth. For sure, these chocolate cupcakes are super soft and rich of chocolate. The fluffy chocolate cupcake with the sugary cream frosting is divine! You’ll hardly be able to take your fingers out of the frosting long enough to put in on the cupcakes but once you do – the cupcakes won’t stand a chance!

INGREDIENTS:

Making: 30 1. Liquid Milk = 100gm = 1+1/4 cup 2. Sugar = 300gm = 2 cups 3. Butter = 150gm= 2/3 cup 4. Yogurt = 100gm =7 tbspoon 5. Flour = 250gm= 2 cups 6. Cocolate Chips = 60gm = 6tbspoon 7. Coco Powder = 50gm = 7tbspoon 8. Baking Soda = 4gm=1tsp 9. Baking Powder = 4gm=1tsp 10. Eggs = 2

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 1/4 cups (280g) unsalted butter, room temperature 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips, melted 3 tbsp (22g) cocoa powder 5 cups (575g) powdered sugar Pinch of salt 4-5 tbsp (60-75ml) heavy whipping cream

CREAM FROSTING:

Whipped Cream 250gram Icing Sugar 4 tbs

Oven Temperature : 180°C (360 F)

DIRECTION:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (360F) and prepare a cupcake tray with liners. 2. Add the dry ingredients (Sugar, Flour, Cocoa powder, Chocolate chip, baking soda, Baking Powder)to a large bowl and whisk together. Set aside. 3. Put butter, eggs and milk in a medium size bowl, mix with hand whisk or you can use mixing machine. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. 5. At the end add yogart and mix evenly. 6. Fill the cupcake liners about 3/4 and bake for 18-23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7. Remove the cupcakes from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling. 8. To make the frosting, beat the butter in a large mixer bowl and mix until smooth. 9. Add the melted chocolate and mix until well combined. 10. Add the cocoa powder and mix until well combined. 11. Add about half of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and mix until well combined. 12. Add remaining powdered sugar and salt and mix until smooth. 13. Add remaining heavy cream as needed to get the right consistency of frosting. 14. Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes. I used wilton 1M nozzel. 15. From Cream frosting whipped the cream and sugar till soft peaks.Pipe the frosting onto cupcakes.
