Cherry Berry Smoothie

Nothing is more refreshing than cherries and berries smoothie in the hot summer days to lighten up the mood and beat the heat of sun!
Cherries and strawberries are enriched in fiber, good source of vitamin C and K, also have folic acid, manganese, pottasiam, vitamin A, calciam, protein and iron.
These berries help in lowering the cholesterol,control blood sugar and can help with weight loss, ultimately this smoothie is very nutritious for the body and a good boost for whole day activities.

Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2 Glass
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Sweet Red Cherries
1 Cup Chilled Milk
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Cup Frozen Yogurt (Strawberry and Cherry Flavour)**
Steps:
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Notes:
If you don't have flavoured frozen yogurt you can substitute it with greek yogurt, milk yogurt or vanilla yogurt. Also you can add ice cubes.
