Mutton Msala-


Mutton Masala: A very delicious and mouther watering spicy mutton curry that goes perfect with chapati/roti or naan or any other variety. This recipe is very popular in Pakistan and India. This soft and very tender resturant style masala mutton curry dish is very easy to make and tastes delicious. Must try on this Eid ul Adha :)

Cooking time: one hour Serve: 2 persons

Ingredients: - Mutton 500g - Ghee 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp - Turmeric 1tsp - Salt as per taste - Water 2 cup - Yogurt 2 tbsp - Whole Red Chili 5g - Whole Cumin 1 tsp - Lemon Juice 1 tbsp - Whole Black Pepper 1tsp - Fennel 1 tsp - Ginger (cube cutting) 5g - Garlic 5g - Green Coriander garnishing

Cooking Method: 1- In a cooking pan, add ghee, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and sauté it. 2- Now, add salt, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3- After that, add water and steam for 35-40 minutes or until tender. 4- In a grinder, add yogurt, whole red chili, whole cumin, lemon juice, black pepper, fennel, ginger, garlic and grind it. Roast masala is ready. 5- After steam, add roast masala and cook for 8-10 minutes or until masala remain half. 6- Use green coriander for garnishing. Your tasty Mutton Roast Masala now ready to serve.

Enjoy with hot roti or naan or rice with salad!
